On July 11, 2019, Bill DuBois Jr. was beaten to death in his home.
Investigators tracked Bill's car to a mother of one who lived in his housing complex, Taylor Elkins.
Elkins was questioned multiple times, giving a series of different stories. Police charged her with felony theft for using Dubois' vehicle and giving conflicting statements.
While in prison, she's brought to the station to have hair samples taken. Investigators hope to get her talking while she's there..
