Changing locations Support system, having an emoji you text them as an SOS signal Eating regularly - not starving yourself all day and then eating everything at night Single serving / individual portion sizes Its ok to have more than one serving tho Reading books and listening podcasts to reassure you aren’t alone - life without ED, podcasts - brain over binge Try to get your mind elsewhere - go for walk Calling someone (you don’t have to talk about it) Educating yourself on nutrition - getting a coach that you trust! Nicole’s bio: Hi! 👋🏼 My name is Nicole, but most people call me Nic. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, but I’m also a grad student, wife, and dog mom. My husband is an officer in the Army and we live in El Paso, Texas. I work at a gym as a personal trainer, I run my own online coaching business, and I am an online graduate student. We love to go out for margaritas and chips & guacamole, travel, and chill at home with our dog, Benning. I got into personal training and online coaching a few years ago after being in competitive swimming and CrossFit. In 2021, I spent 47 days at @renfrewcenter.
