Browns at Raiders preview: Storylines, scouting report and our picks for Sunday

The Browns take to the road for the second time this season, this time to take on the Raiders in Las Vegas. The game kicks off at 4:25 ET. Both teams enter the game at 1-2 and coming off of home losses. The Browns fell to the Giants last week, 21-15, while the Raiders lost their home opener to the Panthers, 36-22.
