At the core of narcissism is low self esteem , usually from their narcissist mother and a toxic family. They are unable to believe that they are the problem and usually the family they come from. All the red flags are there , we just need to know what red flags to look for , and we need to stop giving these people the benefit of the doubt . They feed off our compassion and empathy
