I think authenticity is important!But let's unpack this: in order to be authentic to yourself… First you have to know yourself.Second of all, you are an evolving being and so from one perspective "being authentic" you might be authentic to a way you existed before or a way of being… But in authentic in a way that you are growing into that is less familiar to you...And it's easy to communicate from those places that we feel sure and confident...But is much more difficult to be in, and communicate from, those places where you might feel unsure… Or unformed, or at risk. Some people think about the truth : "you want the truth? You can't handle the truth!!" With a sense of happiness or duty...From a western standpoint, our mind is conditioned to think about things.
