BONUS Why Investing In Your Recovery Journey is Scary

    10:45

JOIN THE HA SOCIETYhttp://thehasociety.com/joinAnswering this question from a listener:INTERESTING TOPIC FOR THE PODCAST?— Spending money on my health is a "fear" for me that has become very apparent to me during this recovery journey. My husband has been in grad school for the last five years, and I work at a non-profit, so it's not like we're rolling in money, but the fear seems to be around not feeling like I'm worth the money. I did overcome this somewhat when I took the plunge into working with my nutritionist (thank goodness she has a sliding scale). I wonder if others have this fear—feeling like they aren't worth the money to invest in themselves, and what they do to banish those thoughts to take the plunge in financially investing in their health and recovery? Perhaps a topic to discuss on the podcast.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/the-hypothalamic-amenorrhea-podcast/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
