There are many things that are important for period recovery. As a coach, when I look at client food logs and consider recommendations, there are a few things that come up time and time again. Today, I'm sharing them with you.Adrenal cocktail ideas:ADRENAL COCKTAILSOption 1:1/2 cup orange juice1 tsp cream of tarterSplash of RedmondsSea SaltOption 2:11 oz Coconut Water¼ tsp Celtic Sea Salt½ lime1 scoop Natural CalmIceOption 3: This one is called "Creamsicle Adrenal Cocktail"1/2 cup pull-free orange juice, no sugar added (and preferably freshly squeezed)2 tbs coconut milk, unsweetened1 scoop vanilla (or unflavored) collagen1/4 tsp cream of tartar1/4 tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt- Root vegetables, under rated for recovery!- Reducing/removing caffeine.
