In this episode we go straight into how Els trains. It's very unique. She does lots of double bike days and double/triple run days which we discuss as well as talking about her unique approach to long rides. We talk big gear riding, build rides, hill reps on the run, speed/track running, using a treadmill in your running and how Els approaches her long runs.
