In this episode we go straight into how Els trains. It's very unique. She does lots of double bike days and double/triple run days which we discuss as well as talking about her unique approach to long rides. We talk big gear riding, build rides, hill reps on the run, speed/track running, using a treadmill in your running and how Els approaches her long runs. Els gives us an entire breakdown of her weekly training structure and how she adjusts it day to day based on her coaches text messages.
