Guided Jewish Meditations (GJM) is a free library of Torah-based guided practices for anxiety and stress, sleep and relaxation, emunah, prayer, middos, soul connection, and advanced inner work.
These meditations are designed to help listeners settle anxiety, rest more peacefully, meet difficult emotions with greater calm, strengthen emunah and middos, and experience a deeper connection with Hashem.
Each practice weaves breathing, mindful attention, and visualization together with the wisdom of Torah and Chazal, drawing particular inspiration from Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan זצ״ל. The focus is the meditation itself: quiet, reverent guidance intended to make Jewish spiritual ideas tangible and experiential.
The library includes meditations for:
• Anxiety, stress, fear, loneliness, and emotional overwhelm
• Sleep, rest, and deep relaxation
• Gratitude, emunah, bitachon, humility, joy, and inner strength
• Shema and unity, prayer, divine awareness, and the inner light of the soul
• Shabbos, Elul, Yamim Tovim, Mashiach, and other Jewish times and themes
• Advanced inner work involving Kabbalistic and Chassidic concepts, divine names, soul light, and immersive states of consciousness
Sessions range from brief, focused practices to longer journeys of 20–60 minutes. Whether you need a quiet moment to breathe or seek a deeper soul-centered experience, you can enter the library wherever you are.
All GJM meditations are offered free. Stream or download the complete collection at https://guidedjewishmeditations.podbean.com.
