Then we cover an absolute tragedy when a miniature donkey is shot down by a police officer in its OWN YARD! Then we take a dark turn with a story that focuses on a man that has been stalking his ex for 13 YEARS! Yikes! Today we’re talking about the tragic death of 30-year-old Mica Miller, which has been officially ruled a suicide. Just two days prior, her estranged husband JP had been served with divorce papers. Myrtle Beach pastor John-Paul "J.P." Miller, faces federal cyberstalking charges, among other things. Mica had contacted law enforcement multiple times, reporting that she was being relentlessly stalked and harassed. Her family and friends maintain that his severe emotional abuse and manipulation drove her to take her own life. It's been nearly 20 years since Curtis Severns was sentenced to 27 years in federal prison. Convicted of intentionally starting the fire in his gun shop, he would have 7 years left on his sentence, had he not been released early. Severns has maintained his innocence all along. As in many arson cases, he was convicted almost exclusively by the testimony of fire investigators who relied on assumptions that some of the leading arson experts in the country now say are false. In fact, new evidence reveals that Severns did time for a crime he probably didn’t commit. Around 4 a.m. on November, 13th 2022, a man in dark clothing and a ski mask entered a house in Moscow, Idaho, where six University of Idaho students lived off campus. Going from room to room, the killer stabbed four of the students before sneaking out the back door. There were two survivors, one of them saw the man as he left. In the 4 years since the crime, prosecutors have not been able to prove a motive but have presented pretty damning evidence against the man eventually charged with the crime: Bryan Kohberger, who happened to be a criminology student, and Teacher Aid at a nearby university. A hysterical mother, by the name of Lashanda Wilder is calling police because her 8 year old son has run away, again, only this time they can't find him. Police realize something is up when Wilder wont let them search the house, so they bring in cadaver dogs and the young boy's body is found in Lashanda's attic. On the morning of May 24th, 2019, police officers were called to a home on Gregg House Road in Shiregreen, a northern suburb of Sheffield, in South Yorkshire, England. They were responding to a call about violence towards children. When they arrived, six children were found unconscious inside the home; they were treated at the Sheffield Children's Hospital, where the two oldest children later died. Two people, 39 year old Brandon Machin, and 35 year old Sarah Barrass, were arrested for murdering two of their children.
