Join Carolyne Prevost, Jamie Latimer and Scott Switzer as they break down the news of the week in the CrossFit space.  This week we talk who's in and who's out from the 2025 CrossFit Games, we talk the WFP movement list and what does it mean? new Open announcements have been made.  Plus tonight celebrates the 50th Anniversay of Saturday Night Live. We hang out at lunch and talk about the topics of the day in the CrossFit Space, plus other sports and our lives, today its an all boy show with Charlie and Scott and they wrap up the Super Bowl and talk about the Movement list of the WFP, plus anything else that comes up during the conversation.

In this special Super Bowl week edition of Sunday Night CrossFit on a Monday.  We talk about what Max El Hag had to say this weekend, The CrossFit Podcast Relaunches, and seems to be a big change.  Fittest on the Coast Happened this weekend, how did Jamie do and our other friends as well.  Elisa Fuliano says no to both the Games and WFP Seasons.

The Crew get together to talk about the days events.  How it all affects the CrossFit Space... Today we will catch up with the Crew and then talk about CrossFit the Sport, are we moving for growth or moving toward going away? The Open is coming fast. and the WFP has filled the roster and there is no Tia?

We take advantage of our lunch hour to hang out and chat with the Clydesdale Crew.  Today we talk about Scott's take on Annie not doing the Open. We will talk about the Big Game coming up this weekend with the Chiefs and the Eagles.  Finally we talk about an announcement here in Ohio that could affect the future of the Channel.

Today we talk about Wodapalooza and how it ended.  Who made a name for themselves going forward and So much more.  Brooke Wells appears on a swimming podcast and does a pretty descent job explaining what CrossFit is and why it is easier because of the variety.  Plus whatever else comes up from you the audience or us in our Catch Up.

We use our lunch break to kick back and relax and get a little break in the day.  Today Cory and I will talk about some left over love/hate from WZA. We will find out who Paul Skenes is? and we will count down our favorite Named workouts from 5 to 1
