Phil Hartman, beloved "Saturday Night Live" star and voice actor, tragically died on May 28, 1998, when he was shot by his wife, Brynn Hartman, in a murder-suicide at their Los Angeles home. Hartman was known for his comedic genius on SNL, where he portrayed iconic characters like "The Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer." On October 16, 2024, the family of Lyle Menendez and Erik Menendez had a press conference in downtown Los Angeles. As victims of the murders under Marsy's Law, the family members then went to court to be heard in the decision of resentencing.
