Many men fbind themselves into tradition of the woman having less and the man having more and therefore being the provider. However, this may allow a man to be used or exploited for his financial means in order to comply with tradition without his partner having any vested interest in the success of failure in the relationship,but reap the benefits in any case. We examine some of the criteria that men should look for in women before making the assessment of allowing them to cohabitate with them. Integrity and Trust are two things that should be looked upon as essential for men to consider before getting involved in a relationship. The goal is to make a better choice in the partner they select long-term that could definitely impact their future development and life. The challenge is not to be perceived as a working Joe or someone that is viewed as robotic and only valued for their job title and function. The man should have a partner that will not allow him to only identify with his job or career, but as an integral part of the existence of the relationship that makes him feel valued, loved, and comfortable enough to express his feelings and emotions without ridicule or embarrassment. He should be disciplined enough to focus on the development of his partner and not on the intimacy and sex only while assisting her to get on her feet so that she could be a valuable team member in their relationship.
