Dr. Block interviews Dr. Sanghamitra Sadhu, a nephrologist who pioneered a lean private practice model that allows her to provide personalized patient care while balancing her personal life. Dr. Sadhu explains how traditional medical practices are burdened with high fixed costs such as office space and staff.

She shares how she overcame these challenges by adopting lean principles, including renting office space on a flexible, as-needed basis and utilizing a virtual assistant. Dr. Sadhu also introduces her venture, Link Medical Spaces, an online platform that connects healthcare professionals with available medical office spaces, akin to "Tinder" for medical spaces.

This venture was inspired by her own need for flexible office space when starting her practice.
