PAUSE… Take a few deep breaths, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.  As you exhale, let go of any tension in your body and any thoughts or worries that may be on your mind. PAUSE… Now, bring your attention to your breath.  Notice the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves your body.  You don't need to change your breath in any way, simply observe it.
