On today's show I am joined by Clare Daniels who is the Women’s National Development Manager for Workforce and Innovation at the Football Association (FA). Clare is responsible for creating fit for purpose programmes and leading the women and girl’s workforce development. Both were essential in helping to support the FA’s aims to double participation by 2020 and looking further forward to getting girls equal access to football in schools and clubs by 2024.
