We are in a place to make recommendations on how situations could be handled and mediation is one of the possible tools. And it might be a better tool that you think. It can prevent the costs of external solutions and of all the lost time internally. I spoke with Treena Reilkoff about this who is a mediator and board member for Alternate Dispute Resolution, Ontario.
