It's the "All-Star Game" for the 2024 CrossFit season! The TYR CUP is going down this weekend in Huntington Beach, California as Team North America takes on Team World in the the very first team event of it's kind. Special guest Pedro, from Coffee Pods and Wods, joins the show as the gang breaks down the team format and MOST of the events these athletes will take on this weekend.

Dallin Pepper's appeal has been granted and he will be returning along with Justin Cotler as both prepare to see if Tudor Magda can make a splash on this episode of CrossFit Jeopardy.

The 2024 Northern California Classic went down last weekend which is run by CrossFit "OG"'s Blair Morrison and Ben Alderman. The NorCal Classic has always been promoted as a "throwback" the old days of CrossFit. Getting back into the lab and doing some of the more "outside the box training and programming" Special guest Tyler Watkins joins the show as we analyzing the programming of the 2024 Northern California Classic.

His challengers today are Games veteran Margaux Alvarez and the man behind "Fluffy Duck", Josh Pirtle.

The five time CrossFit Masters Games Champion, Jason Grubb, joins the show as the guys break down and analyze the programming of the 2024 CrossFit Games Masters.

The secret is out, Chase programmed this weeks CrossFit Affiliate Programming. Today he will go through his process of how he landed on this week of programming from start to finish along with what was on the table and what got scrapped.

Team Programming has always been a soft spot in our hearts and more often than not an avenue of frustration on how it's been programmed at the CrossFit Games for several years. Bill and Chase take a look at the team programming and give their assessment if it's trending in the right direction.

The 2024 CrossFit Games have come and gone but the effect of what happened will stay with us forever well beyond what the events were this weekend. Today we attempt to take a step back and objectively look at the programming of the 2024 CrossFit Games.
