According to Law360 reporting, the indictment will remain sealed until Weinstein is arraigned, which has yet to happen due to his deteriorating health. According to Weinstein’s representative he was rushed to the hospital on Sunday, September 8th, 2024, for emergency open heart surgery.In his status conference in Illinois, Girardi wasn't present and prosecutors asked to continue to the pre-trial conferences until December 18th, 2024.
