In what we think is a GTCC first, Guinness world record holder Josh Quigley joins Geraint and Tom on the podcast. Josh chats about cycling 2,179 miles in 7 days, riding round the entire globe including his experiences with warm showers, and his aim to turn professional in 2022. In return, Geraint gives Josh some useful tips about urinating off the bike and almost agrees to be his coach. Just to warn you, this episode does contain discussion of suicide around 30 minutes in. If you or someone you know is struggling, there’s always someone to talk to.
