Spoilers ahead! In this episode Jef, Josh and Brian check out the new thriller by JT Mollner “Strange Darling”.  Since this film was very much not on the FM3’s radar, Brian scouted it out a couple days earlier and liked it enough to get Jef and Josh onboard with doing an episode even though they knew nothing about it. However Brian knew it checked alot of the things the guys like: a couple of horny folks, a smidge of serial murder, a dash of kink, and a pinch of wtf, all good things that add up to a delicious film. In this episode Jef, Josh and Brian realized they had been talking about some higher caliber horror flicks as of late and needed to get back to some dumpster diving. The forgotten 80’s creature feature “Cellar Dweller” would do the trick!! This one is a John Carl Buechler joint and Brian for one couldn’t be happier to finally watch and talk about this crazy flick! In this episode Jef, Josh and Brian watched the highly anticipated new film from Tilman Singer “Cuckoo”! The crew have a fun time trying to crack open and dissect this wild ass creature feature ride through the German Alps. Although they might have gotten stuck a little bit on the mating behaviors presented in the film and who can blame them?! In this episode, the winner of August's “Dece or Fece” contest at the Forever Midnight Film Series at the Landmark Opera Plaza Cinema was “Neon Maniacs” (1986)! The FM3 were very excited to check out this crazy ass movie featuring a laundry list of “maniacs” coming at ya with everything but the kitchen sink! What do the maniacs want? Why are the maniacs? In this special episode the FM3 finally drops the sledge and digs into Brian’s personal favorite horror film and Tobe Hooper’s masterpiece - “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre”!! This is a movie that the crew has danced around since the beginning of the podcast and now Jef, Josh and Brian are excited to get to talk about this groundbreaking movie for all you wonderful listeners.
