I recently took two weeks off to deal with all-consuming burnout that I was going through. I took long walks and listened to podcasts from experts, rented out books on the subject, talked with friends in high-powered jobs and wanted to drill down to the core of why I was burned out, and how I could manage stress better in the future. Here's what I learned!
