This week we have hero Renee Ruin! Renee is one of the coolest people in the world, and does too many cool things to list here! Renee is a mental health ambassador and here we talk a lot about mental health and the stigma around medications and how difficult it can be to get help. But, we also talk about how lucky we both are that we did get help! This is a good one, excited for y’all to hear it!
