Reflections on Current Issues in the Legal Professions with Lady Hale.

In this podcast, Helen Trouille and Jan Maltby from the York St John University law school talk to Lady Hale, former President of the Supreme Court, about a number of issues in social justice, ranging from access to the legal professions for students from non-traditional backgrounds, to government proposals to repeal the Human Rights Act and pass a new British Bill of Rights.
