When most people think about overlanding, they think about the gear — the rooftop tents, the recovery boards, the fridges, and the rigs. But in this video, I want to talk about something even more important than the latest equipment: your health.I’ve realized that no matter how dialed in my setup is, none of it matters if I’m not healthy enough to actually get out there and enjoy the trails, campfires, and long days behind the wheel.
