— The Simplicity of good health starts with understanding the simplicity of how we are wonderfully made. Everybody knows that our body is supposed to be about 85% water, and as a general rule of thumb, a person can only survive without water for about 3 days. Dehydration happens quickly, causing extreme thirst, fatigue, and ultimately, organ failure and death. A person may go from feeling thirsty and slightly sluggish on the first day with no water to having organ failure by the third day. But there is something that is just as important to our good health as staying hydrated. It’s understanding, how we are wonderfully made and then living our life according to this knowledge. So here it is. Our body is an electrical chemical factory. Every cell in our body is made up of trillions of atoms. For this discussion, there are basically only to types of atoms. You have atoms that have a positive electrical charge to them which we will call, the demolition and clean up atoms. These atoms in the medical industry are called free-radical atoms. When there is an overload of free radical atoms in any of our cells, they can damage every molecule in our cells: our DNA, proteins, lipids, mitochondria and so on. To keep it simple, anything with a positive electrical charge to it is overloaded with free radical Atoms. The other type of atom that makes up each and every cell has a negative electrical charge to it, and the medical industry calls these atoms, Anti-oxidants. To keep it simple, anything with a negative electrical charge to it, is an anti-oxidant. Its anti-oxidant atoms that give every cell in your body the energy to function properly and repair any damage to your cells, tissues and organs. It is a fact, that all diseases start at the cell level, not at the organ or system level. Every cell in you body has to maintain a certain negative electrical charge to function properly. When free-radicals rob the electrons out of your healthy cells they no longer have the energy to function properly and disease and illness will set in. Wherever the weakest cells are in your body, this and this alone will actually determine what health condition that you get. It’s really that simple. Learn more by listening to this episode!
Valeria interviews Philip Bresnahan — He is a Clinical Research Analyst.
18 years ago, he was rushed to the hospital with very high blood pressure. In that same year he was diagnosed with Cancer. Philip didn’t to want to have a stroke and end up in a wheelchair not being able to feed himself. He also didn’t want to get Cancer again and be given Chemo or radiation or die from the Cancer. So he spent the next 15 years being a Clinical Research Analyst, studying what had been discovered about the root cause of practically every disease known to mankind. Philip knows that when you treat the root cause of any disease, you are giving the body what it needs to repair itself as it was designed to do.
In his studies, he discovered the simplicity of how we are wonderfully made. In so doing, he also discovered the root cause of practically every disease known to mankind even Cancer. Philip now just wants to share this information with the world.

Letter Writing: Soul, Joy and Meaning
55:27— Handwriting can help to calm your mind, sharpen your writing skills, and make sense of memories and feelings at the same time. Writing can create order out of internal chaos and calm the internal chatter that creates the stress in the first place. Writing letters can be just as soothing, calming, and meditative as knitting, drawing, or painting. Letters help us to weave the tapestry of love that is our lives. They record our humanity, the better parts of us. And if we write them now, we will still be here on paper a hundred years from now, proving to future generations that the human heart changes little through space and time. Love never dies. Letters ensure that our words and our humanity do not either. Valeria interviews Lynne Kolze — She is the author of “Please Write: Finding Joy and Meaning in the Soulful Art of Handwritten Letters.” Lynne Kolze has been writing letters for over five decades to all kinds of people, for all kinds of reasons. Spending all these years writing letters, she learned that it is the small things we do for one another that make the most difference. Lynne discovered that letters are one of the most powerful, creative, joyful gifts that one person can give to another. No other gift that is as precious costs so little and has such a lasting impact. In fact, a letter’s power is often in the rich legacy it leaves behind for future generations. In a world of quick, cookie-cutter, and one-dimensional communications, letters offer a respite from the cyber world we experience every day. Lynne never imagined herself as someone who would become an author, but her research into the art of letter writing sparked an interest in sharing what she learned with others. Over time, she gathered stories from others about the ways in which letters changed or enriched their lives. Their stories, as well as her own experiences, inspired this book. Lynne began her life in suburban Chicago, then followed her dream of becoming involved in environmental protection. She received bachelor’s degrees in water resources and natural resources management from the University of Wisconsin, and a master’s degree in public affairs from Indiana University. Lynne then spent over 30 years in public service, mostly working on water protection efforts in Chicago, Washington, DC, and Minnesota. During these years, she advocated for better citizen engagement in water planning efforts. She enjoyed working with citizens most, finding joy in their knowledge and ideas as well as the comradery and connections she made. In many ways, letter writing, and public service are similar pursuits: each involves sharing, storytelling, listening, connecting, and building community through reciprocal giving. Both have given her great satisfaction and contributed to her growth as a person. Lynne currently lives in the “Twin Cities” in Minnesota, not far from the Mississippi River with her husband. She enjoys spending time with him in nature, visiting with her two adult children, and gardening, reading, and dabbling in amateur photography. Her new mantra is: “Kindness is underrated. Be a letter writer. Change a life!” To learn more about Lynne Kolze and her work, please visit: https://lynnemkolze.com/ — This podcast is a quest for well-being, a quest for a meaningful life through the exploration of fundamental truths, enlightening ideas, insights on physical, mental, and spiritual health. The Essentials For A Beautiful Life
1:01:43— “There is an inner voice of wisdom in each one of us that is waiting to give expression to soul-purpose. It is a voice that speaks to us in dreams, visions, signs and unexpected synchronicities. The lives we live are so disconnected from our natural surroundings that it is becoming increasingly difficult to break through a barrier of false reference points. The separation of humanity from its own deeper core is a question of our time. The loss of the spiritual is having a devastating effect on the mental health of our societies as the search for satisfaction in the immediate gratification of the senses becomes increasingly hollow.” Valeria interviews Reino Gevers — He is the author of “Deep Walking: For Body, Mind and Soul” and several other titles. Reino Gevers is a seasoned writer, consultant, and inspirational speaker who has led a life shaped by diverse experiences across continents. Born and raised in the vibrant landscapes of South Africa's Kwa-Zulu-Natal province, he developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the human spirit. Rapid Core Healing
55:28— The focus of Yildiz work has always been on helping herself and others to fulfill our potential in becoming empowered to live more satisfied and meaningful lives. Mental health professionals often maintain a sense of loyalty to their chosen modality that may become a restriction to exploring other ways of working or thinking. Yildiz work invites you to come out of your school of thought, at least for a while, and explore what is taking place in terms of innovation and development in the psychotherapy world and the formation of new approaches. New approaches are taking what is of value from each of the major strands of former approaches and integrating them into new modalities so as to provide a means to improve their effectiveness with clients as mental health professionals continue on their own personal and professional growth paths. Rapid Core Healing (RCH) is a dual approach of psychotherapy that is composed of Emotional Mind Integration (EMI) and Family Constellations (FC). Yildiz have adopted a largely humanistic philosophical stance in developing RCH in that it is largely person-centered and experiential, while also solution- focused, psychodynamic and brief. Valeria interviews Yildiz Sethi — She is the author of “-Rapid Core Healing Pathways To Growth And Emotional Healing: Using The Unique Dual Approach Of Family Constellations And Emotional Mind Integration: For Personal And Systemic Health.” Yildiz is the innovator and founder of Rapid Core Healing and Emotional Mind Integration that is presented in her book Rapid Core Healing Pathways to Growth and Emotional Healing. Rapid Core Healing is a two-pronged approach developed to work with an issue from the systemic and personal (biography) aspects in a truly wholistic and revolutionary manner for brief, deep and effective interventions of disturbances, conflicts and trauma. Divine Living: Motherhood, Emotions & Spirituality
54:02— Motherhood is as much experiential as it is experimental. It gives us so many opportunities to feel unfit and inadequate. But the truth is, we learn as we go – and we grow as we go. “One hundred years from now, it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove, but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child.” — Forest Witcraft This poem was a beautiful reminder for Mirella to really be present with her daughter and to enjoy each moment, especially the ones that seemed small and mundane. Her worth and significance didn’t come from providing her daughter with big, material things; rather, it came from Mirella being herself, the mom. It came from how she showed up every day – her tone, her attitude, her words, and her corrections. It also came from the ways she showed love, patience, calmness, compassion, gentleness, and so much more. None of these things are material in nature. On the contrary, they’re spiritual, and can be given freely. Mirella’s role didn’t require her to be perfect, it asked her to be present, invested, and committed to raising her daughter the best way she knew how. Valeria interviews Mirella Acebo — She is the author of “SOS for the MOM: A Christian Mom's Guide to Managing Emotions.” Mirella is also an actor, speaker, life coach and mom (a.k.a., The Life Coach Mom). She has over 10 years of experience leading and teaching women in the area of spiritual growth and personal development. Her passion is to help the everyday, busy woman re-discover who she is and gain a fresh perspective about her many roles in life. She brings honesty and hope, plus a little humor to daily conversations. Aside from her work as a life coach, Mirella has over 15 years experience in the TV industry. Your Body & Your Truth: The Open Secret to Real Change
53:37— You can learn a lot about a tree by taking a closer look inside. Have you ever looked at tree rings when a tree was cut down? Each ring represents a year in the tree's life. Some rings are close together, some far apart, some thick, some lopsided, and others round. These rings develop in these ways depending on what is happening in the trees life....was there a drought? To much water? Where conditions perfect? How much nutrients did it get? What about sunshine? Was it invaded by pests? Just like with trees, you can learn a lot about a human and what they need by looking inside. What is out of balance? What is going well? What patterns have you created? What traumas have you experienced? What are your strengths? What do you need to thrive? Inner Wisdom is something we will learn to listen to and cultivate throughout our entire lives. Everything changes when we learn to follow our hearts! Valeria interviews Leah Wentworth — She began her coaching journey in 2014 at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was taught to support people to heal through a whole person, mind, body, and spirit approach.
