Valeria interviews Dr. David Jernazian — He is a licensed clinical psychologist based in Los Angeles, CA that works with a variety of issues, ranging from depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, acculturative stress, assertiveness, anger, addiction, and personal growth/development.

He practices from a relational perspective in terms of clinical technique, though David’s conceptualizations are heavily influenced by the work of Carl Jung and his model of the psyche. David has been in full time private practice since early 2021, though he has had experience working in a diverse array of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, as well as inpatient drug rehab centers. David choses to pursue clinical application of mental health because he knows that no amount of material, social, financial, competitive, or skill based success can be appreciated, or even enjoyed, when a person’s mental health is poor.
