Heartbreak. Devastation. Worry. Grief. Anger. The last month & a half has been a major emotional roller coaster as we've watched the ongoing genocide unfold in Gaza. This podcast's focus is how to protect your marriage from being shaken by unprocessed emotions, judgments towards how your spouse may process what's happening, and how to keep yourself spiritually and emotionally grounded.
