Vegan + vegetarian diets have been popular for years. In the last few years, "plant-based" diets have become even more popular, thanks to documentaries like Game Changers and You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment.

We have a lot to say about vegan and vegetarian diets, and some of it might surprise you! At the end of the day, what we'll always recommend is consuming high-quality, properly-raised, humanely-harvested animals. We do not believe women, men, or any person can be healthy and thriving on a vegan diet.
