Happy New Year my friend! STOP! Fasting doesn't have to be as hard as you think.   Who fed you the line that eating 5-6 times per day, counting your calories and further dividing those calories into your macro counts was easier than fasting? Last week was a whirlwind.  I went out to Utah for a quick 36 hour trip to hang with my buddy and client, Nate Bailey.  Nate wanted me to experience stem cell therapy and experience it I did!  Then, once I got home, I was off to a seminar for a few hours to learn from a legend in the strength and conditioning industry, Joe Kenn.  In addition, I had the opportunity to hear Brian Koppelman, the creator of Billions, speak about success.   I am always learning and learning from experience in order so that I keep from dying too young.  And, I am not talking about physically dying, I am talking about dying mentally and spiritually.   Tune in to find out what I learned last week, guaranteed you will learn at least one key insight.   Be Unconventional, Kyle aka Panda Man

My streak of nearly 500 straight weeks nearly came to an end!  But, I am delayed at the airport coming back from a family cruise and I dialed up a gem for you!
