Indonesian hotel worker in Singapore, Dini Haryati, steps off her late night train home after a long shift. The 19 year old never makes it home. Two days later her broken body is discovered just steps from the train station. 28 years later, Dini's murder remains unsolved. In a country with such a low crime rate and strict penalties for murder, it calls into question how this is still an open case, and whether Dini's case is linked to other unsolved attacks on women and children in the southeast Asian city-state.
