How would you describe yourself and would others agree? Today I want to introduce you to Rene, there’s something about a “small town” where everyone knows eachother and there is commonality. In many ways I’ve viewed this as a negative, yet in places like this, when “small town” means meeting people like Rene, it changes…Rene is someone who values creating space for others to feel, to allow his music to create a collective space for humanity to connect and share not just time but create connection. I’ve found Rene to be someone that speaks with a genuine passion for what he feels, something I believe we can all be reminded to allow ourselves to do the same We chat about what it means to live as a creative human, to allow an identity as a dreamer to be something of value in how we show up in the world, and the commonality in what happens when we choose to see another as a holding value first and foremost He shares how fear of losing someone has often caused him to leave first, the reality of what it means to struggle and choose to grow and value our mental health. She quickly became soon I was drawn to, not just because of how her smile makes you feel wanted and welcomed, but because of how easy it is to laugh and feel free to be yourself with herBianca is someone who describes herself as the luckiest and happiest person she knows, someone who may have said what I believe would change the world if we took it to heart, and someone who is changing the world if by nothing else than how she shows up as a friend We chat about what it means to hold space for people to change, to not hold on too tightly to who someone was, to let others become and come and go. She shares how loss as a child impacted her view on how we hold on and how we pursue our own joy, and what it means to pause when joy is present We chat about career and how there are so many creative ways to pursue a life you dream of, but how it takes sacrifice that many aren’t willing to make. Change demands more than just a goal, a desire, and a hope.. it demands action and honesty with ourselves, a willingness to look at what we give our time and our energy to and if we are willing to change those daily actions to see change in ourselves and our future.

This has been a year... at least for me, and almost everyone else I've talked to. BUT! When was the last time you met someone who had everything they wanted?Today I want to introduce you to Adrian, Adrian is one who has found more than his home in the sea, he is one who has chosen to learn every lesson it teaches, and celebrate every blessing it givesI had the pleasure of meeting him on my recent time in Mauritius and got to share time on the water with him and my friends.
