This week, with the Tom's away at SXSW in Austin, the Scots have taken over! From the outside looking in, it's been a quiet start to the year for the world of sim racing, with more casual games taking centre stage. But, as is often the case, things are very much bubbling beneath the surface. Project Motor Racing’s launch was… sub-optimal, to be kind. Graphics issues, strange collisions, unreliable multiplayer and an uninspired career mode were layered over inconsistent driving dynamics. A hot mess, Traxion delivered a 5/10 verdict. Since then, however, a spate of patches, updates and hotfixes have tried to quell our concerns, and later this month, a ‘Patch 2.0’ will be released.
