An American inventor named Andrew Glubby has created a pear-shaped vehicle built on a scooter base with an aluminium frame. The unusual fruit-shaped vehicle uses significantly less fuel than a conventional car and is being driven across the United States for charity. The designer chose a pear because it is his favourite fruit.
