It's easy to say that the US healthcare system is broken and of no value. I disagree. I think it is motivated by profits which makes it tougher for the patient to navigate but there is defintiely value in it for the patient who knows how to navigate it.  One oof the most important things we can do in this system is to figure out where we belong. Do we want to click in and out and just collect a paycheck? Do we want to have more meanfinful patient doctors relationshios? I love the ability to work remotely but as a digital nomad I'm not always in the same place and getting established somewhere new can be frustrating. It was relatively easy getting set up in Europe and running my virtual medical practice. But here in Tehran, it's a different story. From the Internet to the VPN to even opening a bank account, it's all complicated and frustrating. The frustration is worth it if you can enjoy the process and you have realistic expectations.
