Jacob talks to Dan about his journey, from theater student to political staffer to journalist. He shares his experiences finding connection, humanity, and hope in the most hopeless of times - in the aftermath of natural disasters, the horror of watching family separation during the first Trump administration... and his concerns about the administration's current anti-immigration efforts seen in ICE raids terrorizing communities across the country.
