Being an artist for as long as I have, finding gratitude has always helped enhance my life.  With everything happening in the world, it can be very easy to see things in a negative way.  But moving through the world in that way can have such a negative effect on your mental and emotional health.  Today goddesses, we're going to talk about stepping into gratitude, and moving through the world feeling thankful for the good things in our lives. We're in the third month of the new year and the last few weeks we've really been discussing how to start this year off with a bang.  But it's not always easy, many times people are asking themselves "how do I reach my goals?" ... "I feel stuck" ... My goddesses I know here we talk a lot about meditation and how to meditate, but did you know that meditation is medicine? Yep. Even with me being an artist, meditation hasn't just healed my brain, but also my body.  Meditation is definitely a practice that targets your mind and your soul, but it also targets your body. In this episode I'm going to talk about how meditation heals your body in a physical way, and give you a great meditation to go along with it.

Being an artist for so many years, it hasn’t always been easy to locate my own mojo at times. However, I believe that our mind body connection is so important to our overall health & wellness, so we can’t let that mojo disappear. Let’s get it into flow, together!

It's Valentine's week and everywhere you look, it's all about love and relationships.  But there's so many different ways to step into love and celebrate it.  Whether it be love with a partner, love with friends, with family, love with yourself... It's all important.  So I'm going to tell you how to step into love, and give you a great meditation to go with it.

But goddesses, many times you may not understand just how powerful of a presence the animal in your life has. Whether it's a dog, or a cat, or even the fish in your fish tank, animals have a healing power.  You can even meditate with them! So in this episode we're going to break it down so you can understand just how much of an affect your pets have on your everyday lives.
