Just like everybody else, you are probably procrastinating in one area of your life. But do you know which one this is and what you can do to improve on it? 

In this episode, Eddie and I will look at the 10 life categories that people usually create some sort of procrastination on. 

You might be doing great in some of these categories but lagging behind in others. 

We'll then outline the six steps you need to take to help you stop this bad habit that can ruin your life. 

We give real-life examples of some categories where we are doing great and others where we know we are procrastinating. 

The bottom line is that we all procrastinate. The key is to realize which area of life you might be creating procrastination and then follow our six steps to help you get going!
