This is the 34th episode of David Roberts´ CALM leadership series. Using the example of a coaching relationship he provides practical advice any leader can use to build strong connections with others. Jeff´s work has been featured in Fast Company and New Scientist. He helps the industry to navigate its way to a net zero economy. Jeff shares examples of how companies are transitioning to clean power and production methods. As well as explaining how the right policies and s are speeding up the process. This time, he is explaining how to hire, hone and retain the right team. He includes tips to help you get the balance right so that you can treat your team members well without undermining your position as their leader. He starts by reminding us of why we need a team so much. Then, he provides you with a simple method to identify what you need and find the right people to get things done.
