He includes tips to help you get the balance right so that you can treat your team members well without undermining your position as their leader. He starts by reminding us of why we need a team so much. Then, he provides you with a simple method to identify what you need and find the right people to get things done. He explains why books are still the most powerful way to reach and touch others in a way that motivates them to act. As we read, we fill in the blanks, and we co-create with the author. People support what they create. Reading requires you to engage actively, in a way watching a video doesn´t. Video and audio can easily turn into background noise. Most authors should voice the audio version. Authenticity matters. If you have a message to deliver you also have to have the willingness to put yourself out there. Choose one person and write for that person. They are your avatar. Being authentic is crucial. Dictating your book instead of typing it out is faster. With the added advantage that you naturally use the language you normally do. Language that resonates with the people you are trying to reach. Often, the content in blogs, podcasts and other material can quickly and easily be turned into a best-selling book.
