🏃‍♀️ Step 4: Implement the Plan Put your plan into action. This is where many people struggle, but remember, consistency is key. Adjust as needed, but keep moving forward.

📝 Step 5: Evaluate and Adjust After a set period (we recommend two weeks for habits, one month for weight), evaluate your progress. Adjust your plan based on what's working and what's not.
