Councilors in the Town of Renfrew are calling for the mayor to resign over mismanagement of a big project. It came after a scathing report exposed a lack of oversight and improper handling of contracts for a recreation facility expansion. However, Mayor Tom Sidney is adamant he's not going anywhere. Yesterday was the first day of a bylaw that bans daytime camping in Kingston city parks.
