On this episode we went into our garden and sat with Calendula (Marigold, Morgenfrue, Ringelblume) for a conversation about Healing and Calendula. Calendula is truly a master healer plant and it is such a pleasure to have it growing all over our garden. We work with it in so many ways. In this episode we dive what lays beyond the physical properties and more about how our own personal healing journeys have been guided and transformed with Calendula. Her superpower is to listen. Listening to the whispers of spirit, the plants, water, earth, body and the womb. She is an apprentice curandera in the Mahua-Lopez lineage since the beginning of 2018, she has been living and working in the jungle of Peru. In her practice she is weaving medicine from her indigenous landscape in Scandinavia together with plant medicine from the jungle of south and Central America. Her main teachers in the North is the Birch, Pine and Nettle. One of her other main medicines is Cacao. Her background is as an intuitive herbalist, nature therapist, musician, integration coach, design engineer, yoga instructor and voice coach. Together with her partner, she is based in Denmark in their homebuilt Tinyhouse. Through mightytree.dk they share healing retreats, ceremonies, courses, Dietas and plant medicines with Nordic plants.
