Guus Hiddink is one of the most successful coaches from the Netherlands.
He coached the South Korean national team towards their surprisingly successful performance during the 2002 World Cup. He also coached the national teams of the Netherlands, Australia, Russia and Turkey and coached clubs like Real Madrid, Chelsea, Valencia and PSV.
We talk about how he had to implement new ways of thinking and different habits within the federation when he became coach of the South Korean national team.
