This is by far the toughest one to narrow down, cause man it it easy to step on someone when going here. I really tried not make it to simple, but i still wanted it to be useful.
The suggested 3 steps to fight loneliness is:
1. Know your fight.
2. Strengthen ties and/or create new ones.
3. Get to know your loneliness.
