In this solo episode, I discuss the benefits behind discipline and how I motivate myself for it. Waking up at 5am may be hard, but the days where I do are the ones where I immediately reap the benefits. I explore the difference between discipline and consistency, and why those actions aren't easy, but they are worth it! I also share what has been so helpful on the path to learning discipline, including having a wind down routine and helpful meditations.
