    In this episode we discuss briefly Neuroscience and Neuropsychology with Tarrin, who is Master Graduate and research assistance. We talk about what neuroscience, and neuroimaging, shows when someone receives CBT or EMDR, pre and post treatment. We discuss how therapy, and therapeutic interventions, may help creating new pathways. And we bust some myths. We also look at some tips/advice to improve brain plasticity, and interestingly this links to one of my previous podcasts on Preparing for therapy.
