Being in the supplement space I was really interested tohear about the process behind launching a pre workout energy drink brand.Ryan Weekley (who you may have seen on Love Island) &Ben Stevens both worked in the military together. After deciding to leave the military at the exactly the same time to pursue a business idea they are both passionate about was really inspiring. They’ve created a great product (peach & and raspberry is my favourite flavour) & I’m really looking forward to seeing how the brand grows over the next few years. Enjoy this episode!

Rumour has it, Sam West is one of the fastest people around the Nuclear Fit course, so I had to go down to Essex and get some tips ahead of my first race.With a background in semi pro football, personal training & now Hyrox coaching, Sam has had a very active lifestyle. Emma has been competing in Crossfit since 2017 & she's now a regular top contender in UK Crossfit scene.Emma had a 37th place finish worldwide in the 2024 Crossfit open & finished 45th in Europe in the quarter finals - narrowly missing out on the semi's.If you've tried WOD Powders Apple & Elderflower electrolyte sachets you may have seen Emma featured on the design. Oh & hopefully she'll get involved with a few WOD Powders team events in 2025!

After speaking to Lewin a few times at the Northern Championships up in Durham, I had to do a podcast episode with him. Lewin's an athlete to watch over the next few years, with major success already finishing 5th in the world in the teen Crossfit games.It was great to hear what his plans are for the future & if you're a male RX athlete competing this year.. watch out for 16 year old Lewin who's most likely going to beat you!
