
Willpower is the ability to resist short-term temptations in order to meet long-term goals. I believe that people are better served by identifying the habits that prevent them from having to rely on willpower. It’s all about putting yourself in a position to succeed whether you’re dieting, trying to get to the gym consistently, or trying to save money.
